1. Services
Grayson Storage LP, doing business as Sherman Dennison Storage ("we", "us"), rents drive-up 10x10 and 5x10 self-storage units at 311 E Sears St in Denison, Texas, on a month-to-month basis. Units have no climate control. Each rental is governed by the written rental agreement signed at move-in, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this website. Units are subject to availability, and move-ins are scheduled by appointment. We may decline a rental for legal reasons or where a requested use is not allowed.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on this website are the current monthly rates for each unit size. A quote is not binding until it is confirmed in a signed rental agreement. Rates, discounts, and offers, including the free truck with a new move-in, may change, and the terms in effect when you sign your rental agreement apply to your rental.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. Rent is paid in person, outside this website. Rent is due as set out in your rental agreement. Unpaid rent may lead to collection actions allowed by law, including the process Texas law sets out for unpaid storage rent (Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code).
4. Use of Units and Move-In Appointments
Storage units are used only to store property. Units may not be used as a residence, and hazardous or flammable items may not be stored. You are responsible for the property you store and for keeping your unit locked. Move-in appointments are set by phone or text, and you are responsible for arriving at the agreed time.

6. Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logos, and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Disclaimers
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Except as stated in your signed rental agreement, units and services are provided "as is", and we make no promises about outcomes or timelines unless agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
