Move-ins are by appointment, with someone there to meet you. First responders, seniors, and veterans get 10% off. Rent is paid in person for now, and once you are moved in, you reach your unit with a key.

Our lot at 311 E Sears St in Denison is about 20 miles up US 75, so if a trailer is part of your move, set your move-in time first and have it emptied into a unit within two days.
